I just finished reading this book by Esther Perel! It talks about the how being in a relationship takes work to balance intimacy and sexuality. But why? She eloquently states that as humans we are in a battle to have our partner meet our every need, but becoming one person doesn’t allow for sexual desire. Because to have desire, we need to be separate people. So balancing the You, Me, and We with creativity can support your sex life! Highly recommend.
